Bruce HardingBruce started to play the trombone at the age of 13 with the Wigston Temperance Band in Leicestershire and went on to play with the Band in the second section National Finals in the mid sixties. He is a self confessed enthusiastic amateur currently playing first trombone with the Stour Valley Band, Sturminster Newton and Wimborne orchestras in Dorset.

He recently decided to study for what he calls the rudiments of music gaining all the theory and practical grades as well as an A Level in music during a 2 year course at Poole college. He says his other interests are music and music, but aviation must be a close fourth as he can regularly be seen flying light aircraft in and out of Bournemouth International airport.
