John Edney studied with Geoffrey Lindon at Trinity College of Music where he held a trombone scholarship. He has been a member of the Royal Opera House Orchestra, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and London Mozart Players. He is a member of the Orchestra of St. John's Smith Square and the City of London Sinfonia. He coaches Chamber Music as Professor of Trombone at Trinity College.
