A living legend of the trombone world, with 300 premières and 70 solo recordings under his belt, Christian Lindberg returns to the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester to work with trombone students on Friday 2 March at 7.30pm. BTS President and principal trombone of the Black Dyke Band, Brett Baker will perform an intriguing programme of forgotten trombone solos, including works by Georg Christoph Wagenseil, Leopold Mozart and Carl Heinrich Meyer. The concert takes place at the University of Aberdeen on 22 March 2012 at 7.30pm.
