Trombonists are invited to join Trombonanza for a night of trombone choir playing in Watford. The event is designed to provide an opportunity, particularly for young trombonists, to play this exciting repertoire alongside the professionals and first rate non-professionals that make up Trombonanza.

Trombonanza Open Rehearsal

All players welcome.
Entrance free of charge.
Venue:

Clarendon Muse (Music Centre) at Watford Grammar School for Boys
Rickmansworth Road

There will be two trombone choirs that will run through a variety of repertoire, including several items from the Trombonanza library. The senior group will be directed by Mark Horton, together with other members of Trombonanza, and is aimed at anybody who is currently Grade 6+ standard. Students and adults are all welcome.

The junior trombone choir caters for players whose standard falls between Grades 2 and 5. This event is aimed at younger trombonists, as Trombonanza would like to encourage as many young people to get involved as there is space for, so the more, the merrier! This group will be run by Ben Bouzan (Vice Chairman of the British Trombone Society) and some more members of Trombonanza.

Teachers, peripatetic teachers, professionals and associates should please circulate information about this event to any students they may currently have or have previously had, as the first massed blow should be as well attended as possible, with a view to running more evenings like this in the near future, as well as performing opportunities.

It's completely free of charge to attend, although if interested in attending, you are asked to register to attend. (Please be advised that user registration is not required to register attendance for this event.)

If you have any queries, please contact Mark Horton (mhorton@trombonanza.com) or Ben Bouzan (bbouzan@trombonanza.com).
