Derek Bourgeois Bass Trombone Concerto Premiere

Trinity Concert Band is giving a concert, which will take place on Saturday 22 June 2013 at 7:30pm, in Trinity Church, Lower Earley, Wokingham RG6 5HZ.

The theme of the Concert is “A Selection of Orchestral Favourites”, featuring Fanfare for the Common Man by Aaron Copland and Leonard Bernstein's overture to Candide. As well as the band's own music director, Paul Speed, performing Gabriel’s Oboe on piccolo trumpet, Trinity Concert Band will be showcasing the UK première of Derek Bourgeouis’ Concerto for Bass Trombone performed by Jonathan Warburton.
