The British Trombone Society is deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Ben Bouzan.

Ben was a stalwart in the trombone community, a long-standing member, and the BTS Representative in the East Anglia Region, responsible for arranging well-attended BTS Trombone Days and the AGM in the Great Hall at Oundle School (The event also became famous for Ben & Natalie's sandwiches!).

Ben was energetic and ebullient in everything he did, and fought with such courage and positivity, being truly inspirational in the face of such a devastating diagnosis. Ben lost the battle on Sunday 5 July.

We will miss him dearly.
